I'm Markus Perkumas. I founded MVP Consulting after a decade of building, operating, and scaling startups, most notably Joy Resolve, where I learned what it actually takes to take a product from a prototype on a desk to a business with real revenue, real customers, and real operations.

Today, alongside my consulting work, I'm Chief Operating Officer at Kinvault, where we're currently raising. I also host the Aulium Podcast and stay deeply connected to the European capital and fundraising ecosystem.

My approach with clients is simple: I don't deliver slide decks and leave. I install the systems, make the introductions, and stay close enough to the operation that you can call me when the work gets hard.
